For many years of my life, I felt deeply lost and alone. I went through seasons of depression where I felt like I had completely lost myself, without a community around me or anyone who truly understood what I was experiencing. In those moments, what you need most are people who can ground you. People who remind you that you’re not alone and help you slowly find your way back to yourself.

Heard By Her was created from that place of understanding. I built it to be the kind of space I once needed. A community where women feel heard, supported, and connected. When women share their stories and speak openly, it not only helps others heal, it raises awareness. Our voices become stronger, younger women become more aware, and silence no longer protects those who cause harm.

Heard By Her is about changing the narrative. Because when women speak, the world listens.
